Lunch Menu
Our Skipsea school make well-balanced and nutritious meals with good portions. These are brought through to Hornsea Burton. We have Parent Pay, an online scheme, to make payment easier. See the office for more details. If you receive Income Support or Job Seekers Allowance then you could be entitled to free school meals. Please enquire at the school office for further information. The school attracts extra funding for books and resources for each child that takes up a free meal so it is important that families eligible for free meals take up this entitlement.
Alternatively, children may bring a packed lunch in a labelled lunch box (with name and class number). We encourage children to have healthy food and healthy snacks as part of a balanced meal. Nuts are not allowed in case a child has a nut allergy.
Please tell us on Monday of each week whether your child would like a school dinner on any day of that week. Payments should be made in advance.
From the 01/9/21 the price of a school meal is £2.45 a day, £12.25 a week. Our preferred payment method is electronically via School Money, if you have not yet registered please contact the school office and we will send you the necessary information.
